A Note from the Chief of Police

Welcome and thank you for visiting our webpage. My name is Colin Cleary, and since March 1, 2023, I have the privilege of serving as the Chief of the Manor Township Police Department.

MTPD is a full-service agency responsible for ensuring public safety and enforcing the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the ordinances of Manor Township. We strive to make our residents, businesses, and visitors feel safe by providing professional and courteous police services.

Currently staffed by 19 sworn police officers, the Department provides routine patrol, traffic control, motorcycle and bike patrol, and conducts accident, criminal, and narcotic investigations. We offer educational programs to schools, businesses and organizations throughout the Township. Our support staff of 2 non-sworn members is dedicated to outstanding public service and is willing to assist in any way they can.

  • Open House (Crossgates)

  • Give informative group presentations ( i.e. giving speech to Pheasant Ridge Seniors group on Fraud trends.)
  • Man table for department and for Crisis Intervention Team (C.I.T.) at Millersville Lions Club Community Day.
  • Liaison with the Blue Rock Fire Company
