   4. Recommended Motion- Motion to approve a reduction to the letter of credit from Brunswick Farm Apartment in the amount of $521,633.00 reducing the letter of credit to $544,181.00.
   5. Turkey Hill Performance Bond Reduction
   6. Recommended Motion- Motion to approve a reduction to the performance bond of Turkey Hill, L.P in the amount of $2,111,420.21 releasing the entire amount of the letter of credit.
   7. Service Agreement with LASA
   8. Recommended Motion- Motion to approve entering into five year agreement with LASA to provide sewer services for Manor Township.
