Zoning Hearing-Special Meeting-Cancelled

The Manor Township Zoning Hearing Board meeting is cancelled for Tuesday, March 27, 2018. The two cases listed below, Case No. 6-2017 and Case No. 7-2017, scheduled to be heard will be continued until the next special meeting scheduled for April 24th, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Manor Township Municipal Building, 950 Fairway Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 17601.
Case No. 6-2017 Appeal of Stewards of the Lower Susquehanna and Ted Evgeniadis as Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper, et al from the Zoning Officer’s Issuance to Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority Zoning Permit No. 17-02201-Z0203 for Frey Farm Landfill Vertical Expansion and Zoning Permit No. 17-0259-Z0224 for the construction of a Leachate Storage Tank on property located at 3049 River Road, Conestoga, Pa. 17516, account #4104001500000. The property is zoned Excavation (E).
Case No. 7-2017 Appeal of Lori and Alan Borys, et al challenging the Validity of Ordinance No. 4-2016 amending the Zoning Ordinance of Manor Township by restating certain definitions, standards and criteria for solid waste disposal and processing facilities and amending the Township’s official zoning map.
The Zoning Board may also consider action on any pending court appeals.
All applications, appeals and permits including any plans or explanatory materials are on file and may be examined at the Manor Township Office during normal business hours.
In the event additional hearings are required, the Zoning Hearing Board will continue the public meeting to an announced date and time for that purpose.
